I am enjoying my time a lot at University and in Toowoomba as well. For future students i would say, this is the best university among all & everything is perfect to study, work & enjoy.
It was hard to choose university but my friend help me lot to select university. I just followed what my agent told me to do. But to fill in the paper work is a pain. You have to fill it in very carefully otherwise it will lead to the wrong way. Make sure passport number is always right in each document. It's really easier when applied through an agent so i dont know much about other alternatives.
I am not awar of this. In university there aren't any schemes for funding education. But i like to have some ways to get finance help from university or from local council people which also encourage to work hard during exam times and competition help to improve work.
I like to do all courses but I like Design most which i believe help me in future a lot to get placement in engineering. Lectures are really helpful during study as well as after study. They always help us to get some work in around area industries.
Toowoomba is the place to live. Morning and evening are most precious moments of the day. University Gym is always full during sunset and i love to go out in that time as well. Every sunday free bus services to church help to meet local people and understanding of different culture help to get more knowledge.
Not much job prospects now as financial problems takes place. But i hope it will be better soon. I dont know anything about alumni. I heard that the programme runs at university but never takes place. Now i am working full time to cover my fees and applied for engineering work.
