The uni experience - so far so good. My message to the students who want to come here would be that they should know exactly what they want in life and not get confused after coming here.

I applied through IDP an agency which helps students study abroad, the visa process took me about 3 weeks.

I am receiving scholarship from my government for my studies here at La trobe.

ratingYour study experience

I am study Bachelor of Finance, Its about statistics, There more practicals and numbers. I am not much into theory. The teachers and lecturers are good. I have classes for 3 days, its a mix of lectures and tutorials.

The students have facilities like library, computers and consultations too at specific times. I usually go to the gym, there are clubs and groups but i am yet to join them because i dont have much time and i need to organise things. I live by myself and it is expensive. I am not working at the moment because of my studies but its easy to get a part time job.

Probably i am looking for 2 years work experience as i finish my course. I cant say much about the job prospects because of the global economic crisis
