Its been great.the teachers at newcastle are so accessible. They made me feel like i could contact them anytime if i needed help. They go out of their way to help if u need it.

ratingSelection process and gaining admission

i transferred from another uni and had to go through the UAC admissions as you would to get a place at any other Uni. It was expensive to get all the necessary documents and pay the fees and i had to wait until after the new Uni students were selected before i was told if i had a place. which didnt leave much time at all to move to that city and find a house to live in

ratingFunding and scholarships

there are numerous scholarships available for 1st year undergrads. they are hard to apply for..eg. writing papers filling out forms. which honestly made me not bother although i wasnt as bad financially as some people.

nursing is commonwelath supported there by making it cheaper to study. there were science based courses as well as biology mental health aged care research and development legal studies. most of these hav practical componants to them aswell which lets you have a first hand look at the industry you have chosen.

the area is massive. Everything and anything you want is close by.The facilities available are fantastic and readily available to use. accomodation for students can vary greatly depending on what your looking for. prices are high for your own house but other options are always available

definately nursing is forever needing new workers. and there are so many different fields you can choose or move to. its a never ending opportunity for workers
