Life is good here although the area is a quiet place and so is the location. But the studies are very difficult as there are lots of assignments that make a student busy. My advice is that the students who want to come here should have good english skills before they enter university. They should also do some research about the uni that they are planning to join in the internet and also look out for accommodation in advance as this place is a rural place and not many accommdation places like melbourne.
Back in my country china, my school had a link with this uni. I was assisted by an agent for my application for course and visa which took me a while. I did not have to give any extra tests. I just applied straight away.
I dont get scholarships. My tips on scholarships is that its better to have your fees arranged in advance otherwise it might affect your studies. Right now, my parents are paying my college fees.
I am studying a bachelors degree in business, its a good course but hard too. I like marketing the most. The teachers are good and ready to support the students if they need. We have local and international students who are quite friendly Besides coming to class, i study 6 hours every week.
The uni facilities are cafe, library, internet etc. I am working at the moment but its very difficult to find a job here. Ther accommodation is alright. I have not joined any clusb in uni.
Maybe as a result of my studies, my job prospects have increased. I will keep in touch with with my friends and think about the alumni association too when i graduate.
