ratingSelection process and gaining admission

It was online application. I got some information about university and local area from an agent, but that was not enough. It's better for you if you try to get more information about local area and university to the students studying here. It is usually more accurate. Since I am on the scholarship program, the selection process for scholarship itself was quite strict.

I got a scholarship from the company where I work for. It is a governmental company. It gives scholarship for some staffs to study here in Australian. The scholarship is given every year. If you can get a scholarship, then you can save your money a lot; otherwise you can try to find a part-time job here.

Studying in Curtin is absolutely a good experience. The course is very interactive and sophisticated. The lecturers and tutors are very insightful and professional. I always try to get more explanation from them if I haven't understood yet with their explanations in class. It's better for you if you prepare for your class before.

The facilities are complete and very useful for my study. I enjoy Perth city most. I like heading to the city in the weekend, just to travel around or sometimes have lunch in cheap restaurants. Fellow students are friendly, but I don't think local students are friendly as well. I don't like local students because they are not friendly to international students. The accommodation is expensive I plan to move to the cheaper one. I haven't had a part-time job yet, but I currently still look for the job.

After accomplishing my study here, I believe that I will get a better position in my company. Sure, I will keep in touch with fellow alumni to build a good international network.
