GRE and TOEFL. Self Preparation.F1 Visa, experience was testing and to the point. Getting tickets was easy, I took Lufthansa. Experience was ok. No, I didn't get any student fare. I flew from India to Washington Dulles,then to Raleigh where the University is located. Baggage rules were 1 cabin bag, 2*23kgs luggage's allowed. No I didn't face any immigration issues. Indian students are very amicable.Indian association "Maitri" members picked me up from airport.

Cool with things here, professors are amicable. Lecture Halls are cool. Library is awesome.

I'm staying in off-campus apartment in Avery Close. Full sports facilities. Weather is hard to handle in both summer and winter. Indian association conducts time to time parties so it's fun. No problems with place all desi's up here.

Placement cell I guess is there. Campus placement also. Work permit process is good.No alumni society.
