ratingSelection process and gaining admission

I had to write SAT exam for which I studied with the help of Princeton and Barrons books. A TOEFL exam maybe exempted if ur SAT English scores are above 540 in writing. I didn’t attend any coaching classes. I did my counseling through my school edu. Counselor. An F1 STUDENT VISA is required to study in the US. The interview itself is pretty basic but the documents you carry and the process is very professional. Make sure the ur docs are verified well in advance to avoid confusion and stress in the last moment. I flew BRITISH AIRWAYS. There are special student discounts and baggage allowances. My university doesn’t offer airport pick up, but Chicago is pretty well connected –so taking a cab will be pretty easy.

Although scholarship options for international students aren’t as many as for domestic students there are quite a few options to look at. There is a Grant for need based scholarships and merit based scholarships. Applying early and talking to the college counselor regarding ur financial options is key for securing a decent financial support plan.

It’s a very professional and challenging course. The course is very demanding and the professors are well known in their field. Most of the faculty comprises of working artists and entrepreneurs.

I live in the student hostel, it is fine. There are all kinds of facilities which are of state of the art quality. The college is based in downtown Chicago which is a great place to network and gather industry experience. Very safe and well known part of Chicago.

There is an active and helpful international affairs office and a career development cell on campus to help students with placements.
