Queensland and particularly Brisbane is the place I would like to say is the best place to live. I am enjoying my study with number of students from all over world. It is my second stage of life, all classmates are very good people. My advice for to future student who would like to come and study in this TAFE is try to attend all university programs organized by them, and keep in touch with fellow students and lecturers regularly.
Admission process was not very hard at that time. It was a very simple and easy going process to get in to the Institute. Some basic requirements we need to fill up. For example, you need a degree with IELTS score of 6 each one. You need some funds in your bank account to secure your expenses cover in Australia. You also need health cover; I applied online before coming to Australia. All in all I was very happy when I got my visa
Lecturers and Tutors are extremely knowledgeable and supportive. I received big support from them while I studied. There is a Student Union. International student support, Institute club. Easy to get part time job. Local people are very friendly, always smile and say sorry and thank you all time.
Being in Brisbane has definitely expanded my view of the world in terms of understanding different cultures and dealing with racial and religious differences…I got to know has many students from all over the world during my studies at Metropolitan South Institute of TAFE. I feel that the strength of the education system here in Brisbane is its comprehensiveness and well roundedness, with emphasis on all subjects including moral and civics education. Besides things necessary for everyday life, there are also many things which allow us to develop our own interests, such as Australia Zoo and Golf, Rugby, football, and many more.
my job prospects have definitely increased as a result of my studies. I regularly keep in touch with fellow alumni. I am working in One Reputed Company in Australia.
