The University and course are absolutely amazing. I am studying Computer Engineering at Cornell and the experience has been great. My advice to Indian students who are interested to come and study in the USA is to be active and be in a position to take care of yourself. Only if you are willing to be independent will you be able to survive abroad.
The course is excellent.
It is very hard for an international student to get placed in the first place. One should have a very good CCA background. One thing which helps immensely in terms of securing a job is by expanding contacts. Contacts are vital in helping on secure a job, in fact it is more important than your academic performance also.
