ratingOverall experience

I enjoy myself over here by going to places in and around the campus and also throughout Melbourne. I also like visiting the cafes. My advice to the students will be to come here and enjoy. There are lot of opportunities. So do study well.

I came here through IDP. It helped me get my student visa within 5 weeks. I am quite happy with it.

ratingFunding and scholarships

About scholarships, I receive 2 scholarships. One is the MGS, that’s a post graduate scholarship and the other scholarship helps me cope with the living expenses here. In my case, I applied for scholarship back from my country.

I am doing Phd in Physics, that’s studying medical physics, reading radiological images, its filled with challenges. Another thing, I don’t have classes. My supervisors always help me out when I need help. They are not only friendly but also very encouraging.

I haven’t looked for part time jobs here. My scholarships helps me with that. Apart from that I do part time teaching too. The rent I guess is reasonable. I am a memb er of Post graduate Association of Monash Uni.
