I love my course and having very good experience towards it. QUT is a very good university for art and creative industry.
I enrolled in diploma course under QUT for a year before entering my current university course. My agent from overseas assists me all along. The quality of the agency is very important if you are enrolling a course from oversea.
There are lots of scholarship and funding for talented student who can hardly afford their course. They could be found on QUT website and also notice board around the creative industry buildings. My suggestion to secure financial assistance is to work very hard and apply for scholarship and funding. They are not hard to get.
My course is extremely interesting and all students are having lots of fun. However, there are so much works need to be done on time and I spend 30+ hours on average in total each week. Lecturers and tutors are willing to help whenever a problem arises. I think my course is value for money.
The facility at QUT creative industry building is excellent. The building is new and all the equipments are the latest model. All fellow students and locals are friendly. My accommodation is value for money and is close to university. I do not have a part-time job but wanting to get one. I am not sure about the Student Union and I have not join any clubs or societies.
Yes, I think my studies increase my job prospects. I am sure I will keep in touch with fellow alumni. There is an alumni association to join on facebook. I will get a job in related field once I finish my study.
