I recently joined deakin to make new friends, the faculty is great and so are the students. I would like to advise the international students to apply sunscreen lotion when they go out in the sun.
My agent did the hardwork for me. I suggest you get hold of opne too, it makes studing abroad really easy.. trust me
I came here to study with a bank loan from my hometown. So i do not need to be bothered about securing funding and scholarship in Australia.
My course is about learning english, which i already know, but i was a bit late in applying for a course, so i had to do this english course to meet the visa requirements to be eligible to remain in australia. The tutors are liek my friends and very nice people. I hardly study as i know english. I receive more than what i expect as far as the teacher support is concerned. Yes, the course is a value for money.
I love taking part in politics, we have different groups and clubs and i am memebr of 3 clubs one has got to do with politics too, although i am new to politics, i am ready to learn about aussie politics. the locals are very friendly. The accomodation is value for money as I have a swimming pool too in the place where i live. It was easy to find a part time work as my frens were already working so i got my referees as them
Yes, the job prospects will be great after i graduate .. but i am yet to actually enter my masters degree. i dont know about alumni groups
