Lived up to my expectations. Was worth it.

Visa interview focussed on the school being expensive. You need to take the GRE. A cutoff of about 2100 required. A SOP and 3 letters of recommendation reqd. Dint use any Counselling services. Flying to Chicago and driving down to Madison is the cheapest option.

Tuition waivers can be obtained from various departments (Project assistant positions are available in a lot of departments). TA / RA are available as in any other university.

The school has a good program in Computer architecture. Expensive school = about 4000$ / course.
