My admission for the internship program was through reference letters. I did not have to take written tests for my admission eligibility. Visa was a prerequisite and obtaining it through interview was not that difficult. I flew Air India and landed at George Bush Airport. I was offered student fare and extra luggage allowance in Air India and the flight was good with excellent cabin service. No immigration hassles were faced by me at port of entry and had no hassles for pick up at airport as university had meet and greet service.
My internship has turned out quite well and I am really satisfied with its structure. The teaching staff are good. The research related activity and facilities were all excellently maintained such as library, halls and the other facilities. The sports hub however was only average.
I stayed within campus at the hostels and accommodation was nice. The social scene and late night life out was quite okay. I loved the weather here.
