My postgraduate experience with Exeter was excellent. As a mature student I had some initial concerns about returning to further study, particularly as I was not based on the campus. However, the friendliness and support from all the staff and fellow students at the University ensured that my time was enjoyable and productive.
Remote access to journals was simple and effective and training was available both on and off the campus. My supervisors were flexible, with regular meetings at mutually convenient times and locations. They also ensured that my learning was a balance of direction and self-discovery. I consider myself very fortunate to have been through this process, and have recommended the University to friends and colleagues.
