Having recently graduated with a first class from Bangor, I was keen to continue my studies at MSc level. I loved my three years here, both within the School and with other activities. The School has a warm, friendly atmosphere with excellent teaching.

Lectures are fun and interactive, staff members are knowledgeable and enthusiastic and there is a great support network if you need it.

Bangor has a small but fun nightlife. There are lots of pubs and bars which offer good choice for a night out, so you can always have a fun night where you are guaranteed to see lots of friendly faces. Bangors location is one of the reasons I chose to stay. I love being able to see the mountains and the sea wherever I go. I am a keen sailor and windsurfer and Bangor is great for these. The beaches around here are amazing. The University sports teams are also great. I play hockey and football and enjoyed the training, matches and social side of both these teams.
