I heard about JCU through a friend and liked the sound of the location and the activities on offer. Its been great to learn about Australia and meet lots of new people.
My lecturers were always helpful, and responded to emails promptly. I am glad I came early in my degree studies, because I could fit in some interesting subjects like Australian history and Indigenous Australian studies
"I have had the chance to do a lot of things here that I would not have done anywhere else, including bungy jumping, sky diving, seeing the Daintree rainforest and patting a kangaroo. The atmosphere on the Cairns campus has been friendly and welcoming.
