Education in the US is the best in the world. The MS program which was offered at George Mason had a practical approach with plentiful research programs going on. The main thing was, the modules offered were exactly in my area of specialisation. As I hail from a family of Doctors, I wanted to make my mark as an engineer with an international Masters degree !! George Mason helped me fulfil my goal.
Pretty easy visa interview. I didnt need to open my folder for a single document and it was all over in 45 seconds even b4 i realized it started. Anyways, jus dun b overly enthusiastic abt ur visa application process. n jus make sure u put d stuff rite. application forms n everythin. u neednt visit a consultant n feed him, there is so much info available online, tht its unecessary. Best of luck !!
I was self funded.
Good course modules coupled with very knowledgeable professors made the program a joy to take up.
