All the facilities are great. I would surely recommend this university to the future students.

ratingSelection process and gaining admission

GRE and TOEFL were required as a part of my admission process. Barrons is the best source to prepare. Coaching classes and educational counselors are not required. VISA interview was pretty easy and quick. Getting tickets was easy and I flew by Lufthansa. The flight was good, however, student discount was not offered. There was no problems with immigration. Indian Graduate Student Association took care of the Meet and Greet service.

The friendly and open minded academic teams have fostered a freethinking learning atmosphere and the respect for students opinion definitely develops students confidence. In short, the learning experience at University of Florida is a valuable and unforgettable one for me.

I live in an off-campus apartment accommodation. Social and night life is pretty good. We have a university funded party every friday night.

ratingJob prospects

We have a career resource center in place which helps students in finding jobs. There is nothing like campus placements. In the end, we have to apply online. Around 200 global organisations attend placement events organised by Career Resource Center. Some companies sponsor work permit. Alumni society exists and is pretty active. They also help students in finding jobs in their companies.
