The best thing for me studying at the Hotel School Sydney was the theoretical experience I gained coupled with the University qualification, which I believe, has been paramount to my success in the Industry.
The studies I undertook at the Hotel School I believe gave me a great platform to begin my career in Hospitality, and most importantly for me, in Hotels. The Hotel School has up-to-date, industry experienced lecturers who hold a vast knowledge of this dynamic Industry.
Be prepared to work hard and put yourself in the shoes of the guest you are serving. You will be rewarded for your hard work and determination as I have been. Set yourself some goals; start short term, but as long as you have something to work towards, you can achieve anything.
