I completed my MBA at BU Business School and am now a director at an international cosmetics company. Lush Limited. I currently look after company development in the Middle East. The MBA is a development in the Middle East. The MBA is a solid business qualification that is transferable between industries. It is a spring board for developing a managerial career and newly acquired skills that will enable you to apply for jobs previously not available.
The course leaders at Bournemouth were always supportive and understood the pressure of work. Study is stimulating and challenging and the course stretches you, so to keep going is real test. I now have more confidence in my own ability. Doing an MBA showed me that my experiences were valid and my decision making skills were sound. The MBA helped my career progress enormously, especially in my appreciation of management accounting and corporate governance.
