I would not say that I am enjoying that much as it's been tough to get back into the study mode and start the things all over again but it's been significant enough to let me understand where I stand and what needs to be done in order to meet the rising challenges in future. I do not believe in advising people, I believe one should see it for oneself and decide.

It was fairly easy as I got admits by all the universities that I applied to. I think a good GRE score, recommendations, and internships go a long way in deciding one's fate and hopefully for me these factors worked in my favor. I applied on my own as I was aware of the process. Visa interview was good and I flew by British Airways via London to Philadelphia. One should focus on good grades and internships in order to be accepted by universities in USA as professors here value emphasis on vocational trainings, internships as they lay emphasis on practical aspect of teaching.

I am paying for my own education, and would definitely like to get a funding.

Courses focus on specific branches of Electrical hence I am happy were not supposed to do other courses just for the sake of completing it. We had around 10 hours of lectures ever week. Staff and lecturers are excellent in their work and approach.

People here are warm, friendly, and ready to help and facilities have no comparison to what so ever. I pay 300$ for my room rent and I was working at the dining commons as a part-time employee. Student union is fairly active with lots of meets, eat outs, festival's etc but due to my schedule I was not able to take part in them.

Job prospects obviously brighten once we go for higher education, also one's deliverability, marketability and approach gets a makeover as the way we handle and solve problems changes. Placements as we all know are down but I hope they pick up by the time we finish our degrees.
