On my first day attending class at James Cook University thoughts ran through my mind, sometimes they still do, and they were mostly set to rest as all arrangements were made in the first two weeks to make us international students familiar with all of JCU. Orientation week introduces us international students to the country, the University and on the whole, the schedule that we are in for. Personally saying I am so glad to be here.

It wasn't difficult to found university. The process was easy and simple.

Masters of Business Administration courses contains 2 years full time study. The library was my favorite I must admit, as I am an enthusiastic reader. My course also tends to need me to do a lot of reading, so obviously the library was to become my second home. Being online and being able to access the internet is vital and the University provides students with on campus wireless connections that can be accessed with your student numbers.

Australia is an ideal place for study with lots of beautiful nature, quiet/safe environment. It’s an ideal place for higher-level of study. I was able to focus on my study and not be distracted by external factors. In the weeks that followed I walked around on campus a lot, mostly because I kept getting lost a lot, being new and lost helps me be innovative. I kept finding new routes to get to JCU because located in CBD. With assignments coming up, the course professors encouraged us to do what we are familiar with, and most importantly keep it simple. The idea I had as an international student was that everything needed to be ‘prettied up’ but not actually. In reality what I have learn through my classes is keeping it simple makes it more pleasing.

This is my last semester. I feel very happy and hope getting good grades which will helps me to get my dream come true.
