ratingSelection process and gaining admission

I took the IELTS and GRE, although IELTS is sufficient for the admission process. I did not take any coaching for it. I did not use services of a counselor. I needed a VISA. The process was very easy and smooth. I flew by QUANTAS airways, which was comfortable but long. I did not get the student fare, but got an extra luggage. No immigration issues were faced. My port of entry was BRISBANE. There was 'meet or greet' program at the airport which pretty good for orientation.

I don't have any financial assistance from the university. I don't think there are any.

The program is well structured and I am very happy. The professors are okay and there is room for improvement. The lecture halls are excellent and high tech.

I live in an apartment off campus. TA good change from Indian halls. The library has a good collection. I don't have a part time job. The social scene is safe and the weather is pleasant. There is an international society and they handle various types of cultural programs.

ratingJob prospects

There is no placement cell. It is tough now a days to get a job for internationals. There is no campus placement process. Work study process is easy. There is alumni society. Don't know if they help with placements.
