Coming to the UK for my education was a whole new experience for me. The great thing about Manchester is its Chinatown, the second largest in Europe. There are lots of restaurants there and I like going to the supermarkets there, they have most of the things that I need and not just food. I would definitely recommend the University of Manchester to anyone who is considering studying for a law qualification or looking for a new challenge.
The reputation of the UK universities is well-regarded in the eyes of the students around the world. I was very happy with the facilities and the teaching at the University of Manchester.
I enjoy the varied company and cultures that I come across in the UK and get a chance to be involved with. The people are very friendly here. The surprising thing I find here is that many students dont cook, I cook my own food, for me its the cheapest and the healthiest way to eat. I like trying other cuisines too - one of the first things I did was to join the Chinese Society at the university. They hold a dinner at Chinese New Year, so I dont miss all the celebrations too much.
