I am always late in learning and picking up things. I didnt know our tafe provided so much facilities, at the moment i am finding out the facilities and services which i didnt know about and enjoying them. If you want to come out here to work and earn your fees and pay then it will be very hard for you as it might take many days and months to find a good paying job. So dont rely too much on that for your fees.
I recently changed my institute to this one as i have heard lot of good feedbacks about this TAFE. I had to get hold of a lawyer as i had to get a refund from my previous institute, so he helped me apply for this course all the way. Well nothing much to say, but if you go in person, the international student friendly staff will guide you in filling up the application form.
If you want to recieve a scholarship you have to be worth it. I am paying my own fees from the refund as i had paid full course fee in my previous institute.
The course is about interior designing. Everybody prefers a well furnished a well designed home and thats what i am for. I love this course as it involves, designing, construction, CAD, decoration and CREATIVITY. I dont like to leave things at the last hour so i study well enough before the exams and the tutors are well experienced and my lectures are a good place to sleep. My course is value for money.
We have lot of facilites, we have services that help international students in housing, pickup, resume, student services etc. I love going to the city on weekends, its a lovely view of the city at night. I am staying at homestay and i dont have to cook. Its a value for money as i save a lot on food and time and i dont know how to cook and i dont want to learn cooking. We cvan apply for jobs on websites and there are lot of jobs but we have to start from smaller jobs and then go for big ones.
I am working with a friend of mine and together we do interior designing, we have started to work on our own and once we finish our studies, we intend to make our business bigger. I will be a member of alumni
