I selected the University of Melbourne because of its ranking. Its a top ranked elite university that offers a good program in my chosen field. I think its ranked 27th in the world. I have friends and seniors out there, studying in various institutions in Australia and many of them gave me a positive feedback about the university.

ratingSelection process and gaining admission

Jambooree was very helpful in the IELTS training that they gave me. I had a counselor who advised me regarding the application process. I also got in touch with the university people and they also gave me an idea about the process. For a person who is trying it for the first time it is better to get all the help you can!!

The university generally awards scholarships based on the students previous marks. Once I get there, the university will assess my marks and there is a good chance to be awarded the scholarship.

The university's reputation makes it easy for graduates to secure jobs. Placements are good from what I have heard.
