ratingSelection process and gaining admission

I had to prepare for GRE and TOEFL Exams. I did not attend any classes or used any counselor. I needed a visa and my visa interview was easy as I was asked very simple questions like name of the university, course name and whether I had funding or not? I flew using Delta airlines and landed at JFK, new York, USA. Two bags of 23 kg can be checked in for free. For any additional bag you are charged. We had an Indian Student association who offered a pickup service at airport.

I am working as Research Assistant in my department. Regarding my department I can say that there is good scope to receive funding.

I live outside the campus but very near to campus. All the facilities like library, sports facilities etc are available in my university.

Every semester, there is a job fair organized for the students. I am not sure about the alumni society.
