My husband studied at JCU 13 years ago so I had some knowledge about JCU as my children and I visited occasionally. Also JCU is close to home and so I thought by coming here to study, it would be easy to travel back and forth when the need arose.

"Furthermore, the education course structure appealed to me when I first met the AUSAID Liaison Officer in PNG during the annual road show. He was helpful and helped me to get in touch with the School of Education. My current principal supervisor was most helpful in responding to my research proposal that I e-mailed her so I decided, JCU was the uni for me! In this case, my first impressions were correct all along.
