The study culture here is really amazing and they cater to the educational needs of international students in a well panned and best structured manner. The Library and the other facilties are really inspiring professors and the students render their full support in maintaining the world class education standard.

ratingSelection process and gaining admission

I don't really know why they offer me a place in NTU coz I do not have good exam results. Maybe because I made the interviewers laugh all the way. I feel very lucky. I guess they not only looked at candidates' academic performance, but also other factors, like school activities, competitions, personal characteristics...So my suggestion is just be yourself and show your best. Visa is easy to obtain if you have gained admission.

I didn't apply any scholarship so I am not very sure. I only have study loan. I found it on school website.

ratingYour study experience

The course is hard. You got a lot to do, lectures, tutorials, labs and projects. Sometimes even one project made my suffer for a whole month. But I guess only though thick and thin can I improve myself. Profs and tutors are knowledgable and they are willing to help you but you need to be active, they will not chase after you.

The facilities are good but faculties not up to the standard in my point of view. Anyways they are good technically. The life here is too good. Singapore is clean and tidy and really a good place for living. Locals are good people. I made many local friends through school activities. I suggest one, especially foreigner to join activities in school as you get to know different people and cultures which may help you adapt to your life here. Part-time job is easy to find as long as you are hard-working and you have time. Some of the jobs require you to work 3 days a week while others may be home-based.

I am not sure whether my job prospects have increased or not. But I do like life in Singapore.
