We had excellent faculty who were widely acknowledged as leaders in research in areas such as employee training and development, and team decision making. The Department supported research and teaching related to understanding the dynamics of organizations from a variety of perspectives. Some of the topics of interest were motivation and employee and firm performance. On the whole, the program was very enriching and enjoyable.
