After enrolling in the Ph.D program at the Faculty of Business and Law, I attended many activities to get to know the other students and find out about Melbourne's passion for 'Aussie Rules'. There was also a welcome induction for newly enrolled research students, which I really enjoyed.

I discovered my research activities support by facilities such as space for an office, a personal computer, laptop, photocopy machine and flash disk. All free and provided by VU staff who are polite, friendly and helpful people.

Melbourne is a wonderful city where living costs are moderate with affordable transportation.
