The university has a good infrastructure.
You need to write GRE, to apply for admission, the GRE scores must be higher or equal to 1150. You need a F1 (student visa) to enter the country. My visa was rejected first time and I got it in my second attempt. Since my university is in Orlando (tourist place) you can get the tickets easily. The university is 30 min drive from the airport and here have many student association which arranges airport pickups and temporary accomadation.
The university offers scholarship for those who are really good in academics, but many get funded by the department or from the workplace.
The professors here are really helpful.
The university provides accommodation but it is really expensive, so you can rent an apartment and three or four people can share which will be really cheap. The city life is good and safe.
The university has a career centre which takes care of placement but it is not as active as it should be. But there are many placement events many good companies attend and hire students.
