The US is a great place to do your Masters in. At Rochester we were allowed to work along side professors, who bring a real perspective to the studies. The program was very well structured and I gained valuable experience conducting research.

I had prior work experience. This always works with the VOs. My VO carefully scrutinised my experience certificates to satisfy himself. My advice to students would be to read up about the university and the course before the interview-most of the VOs question you on it. Remember that confidence is what counts.
