My specialization was not offered in India and this specialization requires heavy measuring equipment and very gud shielded labs, which are very gud at the university of Missouri rolla. The program at Missouri was good...had all the facilities.

My GRE scores and TOEFL scores at the time of application were 1160(v420 q740) and 260. Acads aggregate was 74% . I was refused the visa the first time...didn't give up hope and tried again and got it the 2nd time round.
