I find the tafe to be ok. It was one of the best, but my experience here has not been the best. Just average. For students who to come to Australia to study, it is hard to choose a course, be careful when choosing and make sure you like it.
I moved to this country with my family. I became a citizen, so applied like a local in person. I came to this tafe and applied.
The government supports me with my fees and some money.
I am studying nursing, I completed similar degree from my country. I am familiar with the course so it is easy for me to understand. Some students find it boring and hard to understand. The lecturers, some are good and some just average.
This course has helped me get part time job also. It is hard to get a good job because you need to be qualified and experienced. I am happy with I’ve got. I don’t work during the day, just night shifts. Its hard though. I don’t get time to socialize and mix in clubs, its just that I don’t have much time. I am living with my Uncle now.
Yes, my chances have increased because of studying this course. But, in future I don’t know, how successful I will be.
