My overall experience is fun. Getting good results requires hard work but you should have fun while you can. Enjoy university life as you should.

It is very easy. Just get at least 1A2B in GCE A levels. The selection process and gaining admission was not strict. I do not need any visa as I am a Singaporean. For future students, just work hard for your A levels.

There are scholarships and funding but I did not apply for them as they are difficult to get. At my time, you must have more than 4As and Special Papers in your GCE A Levels. I am not sure whats the criteria now though but it should be pretty strict.

rating

The course is 60% spoon feed and 40% creativity. Studying is fun with friends. The lecturers are more concerned with their research but they are pretty fine if you approach them at the right time. The tutors are slightly better as they have less responsibility. I feel my course is too expensive.

Facilities are great. In fact it is one of the most modern in the world. There are many international students, coming from India, China, Malaysia and United States. Yes it is possible to find part-time work. Student Union is fine though I feel it would have been better if it has more power to serve the students. Yes I joined both the student union and societies and there are many for international students.

rating

Yes, my job prospects have increased. An undergraduate degree is a basic requirement in Singapore. There is an alumni association but I may not join. I am working as a software engineer now.
