NUS sets high standards. It really lives up to its name. In fact, placements are a part of the NUS experience. One can be assured of a job on graduating.

ratingSelection process and gaining admission

No need to write any pre-admission exams. VISA is a yes but the college arranges for everything. Once the admission is confirmed the other formalities are negligible. There are loads of flights from Chennai to Singapore and there are many different airlines that travel this route. I flew Tiger airways from Chennai and landed at Changi airport in Singapore. Tiger is a low fare airlines therefore there is a baggage constraint. Extra luggage is charged quite high. No immigration issues and was met by NUS staff at the airport.
