I completed my PhD in Cognitive and Neural Systems in September 2007 at Auditory Neuroscience Laboratory (Boston University). My research was supervised by Dr. Barbara G. Shinn-Cunningham. It was a great learning experience.
I completed Masters in Technology at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in May 2003 and then applied to Boston University. The selection process and the visa interview were straight forward.
I was awarded the Deans Fellowship at Boston University, (Fall 2003- Summer 2004), for financial support during graduate study.
It has been good. I have had the opportunity to publish in my areas of interest and the research facilities at the University are good.
I had the opportunity to work as a Teaching fellow at Boston University in fall 2005. I am interested in philosophy, drama, culture and theater. I have attended symposiums and scriptwriting workshops in Boston and Cambridge.
