Friends, if you are interested in coming to the college, everyone is welcome, but only bear one thing in mind it is a bit costly university as it is located in east coast.
I took GRE and TOEFL as required by my college for admission. I prepared on my own for the exams. I needed F-1 Visa. The interview was formal with general questions like: Whats your fathers occupation? Who will fund your education? It was east to get tickets to my destiny. I booked my tickets through KLM Dutch Airlines. It was good. It did not offer any student fare and no extra baggage was allowed. My port of entry was Washington, just 2 hrs drive from the college. One of my friends who is already in the college came to pick me up. Immigration was easy and cool.
Though assistantships are offered they are limited.
The program was cool and good. The professors were extremely helpful and very good at subject. I need not explain about the lecture halls. Library is really good with vast collections.
I live in a shared off campus accommodation. The neighbourhood of college is a student village and so cool. Weather is good, but winters are sometimes very cold.
Jobs maybe difficult with the current scenario, but getting jobs after passing out through this college is easy. The alumni association is so helpful and they help you by referring you. No placement cell in the college, but an assistance in job hunt is available.
Located in Virginia.
