With many international students studying here, ECU provides a very good atmosphere to study and build international network as well. For you who's gonna study here, just make sure that not only you must study for your course, but you must also make friends.
It was basically online-based application. ECU through its international office gave me enough information about campus and course. I also got an assistance from IDP Indonesia in preparing all documents needed and some information about Western Australia.
There are many scholarships available in my country to study in Australia. Don't spend too much money on food and find a part-time job. You'll get such a huge amount of income in the end.
Doing Communications and Arts is always challenging. My best experience is that I'm required to talk more in front of class to make the lecturers show my real competence. Lecturers and tutors are absolutely friendly and helpful. Once you ask them for help, they will help you so much.
ECU provides complete facilities for our study and other activities as well. Generally most of my fellow students are quite friendly. Local students are friendly only if you initiate to be friendly with them. I live in a share-house with other international students which is not far from campus. It is not easy to find part-time work at the moment, but if you try so hard to find one, you will get it.
I do believe that my job prospect will increase as I come back home. All knowledge and experience I get here will enrich my competence.
