I love it here at Griffith University. Meeting new people and making friends is great. My advice is to just relax and enjoy the experience. Uni life in Australia is really relaxed and has a major social aspect.
Selection process and gaining admission was extremely easy. I used an agent who does most of the work for a fee. For a hassle free method, I would definitely suggest using an agent.
I don't receive any funding or scholarship. But fundings and/or scholarships are available for international students.
I enjoy my course. I enjoy the homework since it lets me express myself creatively and is relevant to what I want to do. I attend university approx 8 hours a week which gives me plenty of time to do what I want in my spare time as well as study. I think my course is value for money as I recieve plenty of help from tutors and lecturers.
The facilities in my campus are clean. I enjoy going out and drinking in Brisbane, a lot of local students and international students also go, and there are frequent nights for students. Accommodation is expensive, on-campus and off campus.
I believe a secure job placement will be guaranteed once I finish my degree. I don't have a set location where I want to work. So my degree from another country than of my origin will be unique rather than other job seekers with domestic degrees. I plan to travel for a few months, then look for a job.
