My life has been good enough .I have been promoted to the position of a manager in a retail company. I have already got a PR but I am still pursuing my studies because of my passion for management. My advice for students is Holmesglen provides plenty of experience and skills needed for an all round development of a person.
During a career advice fair in my country ,I came across holmesglens stall.I at once decided to come over to Holmesglen for my education.I filled in the application form then and there.The following morning I got a call stating that I was selected to study at holmesglen so it was easy
I am not sure about scholarships.I fund my studies myself so I have to work very hard
My course is all about management. It helps me sharpen my skills more and updates my knowledge on certain things .I like everything about management so I like everything that is included in it. I have a thirst for knowledge and I am willing to take everything whatever is offered. I don’t study at all because I am busy with my nine to five class schedule and I am too tired to study at home. However when I have assignments I make it a point to finish it on time even if I have to stay awake all night long. My tutors are good and the lectures are a source of information. My course is a value for money
There are a lot of facilities. I especially like the way Holmesglen has provided me with flexible timings as I have to balance work and studies. I am now doing a full time course but instead of two years I finish my course in a year as I have classes’ everyday. I live in the city so I like everything about the city and its lively atmosphere. City life is interesting and easy one.My fellow students and the locals are very friendly. I have a lot of local friends as well as colleagues. We work together as a team. I stay in a rented apartment and it is a value for money as my apartment has a lot of facilities such as a gym, a swimming pool. It was very difficult for me to get a job. Luckily I got one through a friend of mine as he knew that I had experience in the retail sector of my country and now here I am with four years of experience in this country as well. I haven’t used the student union although I come across their advertisements all the time. I have not joined any clubs or societies as I am busy with my six day classes.
I will join the alumni, we have a big Alumni and the friends that I have made here at holmesglen are best people that I have ever come across so far in my entire life. At first we were all strangers but later we all became close frens.
