I am Amy Forbes from Scotland and I am studying for a Master of Design at Gray’s School of Art. I chose to study at postgraduate level as I want to develop an area of expertise to set my career on an interesting path. I feel that studying at postgraduate level has helped me find focus.

I find the tutors at Gray’s are really fantastic; they always try to encourage students to develop their own skills and style which is a great attitude. The Master of Design course allows me the freedom to experiment and try out new ways of working, it really pushes my creativity. I feel that I have developed a definitive style and that the course has inspired me with creativity.

When you live in Aberdeen it is easy to get out of he city and into the countryside. There is so much to see and do in the North of Scotland, it is a really beautiful place to live, and I would highly recommend it.
