My Postgraduate has gone on very well. I have had several publications in high profile international journals, and there are several more on the way as well. The most important thing is I have shaped my ability to carry out research work.

The research training methods here are brilliant. During my PhD training, we are able to carry out frontline research projects in the lab, with access to state of the art research facilities. The Supervisors at my University meet every student at least every week and provide advice for the lab work. We have regular seminar each week from national or international speakers. We can learn from their research work. There are good opportunities to travel to academic conferences frequently.

Sometimes we gather for a drink and chat about different customs from different countries, news and other things. You can enjoy music or displays on the towns high street when you walk past. You can travel to any city in UK or to the Europe for a holiday easily.
