ratingSelection process and gaining admission

I took GMAT and TOEFL for which I prepared on my own. No help requird. Just 3-4 months of intense preparation. TOEFL is a big joke. It was a cakewalk. I did not take any counselor’s help. I did the research on my own. I took my students’ VISA from Mumbai. It was pretty easy. I traveled by Air India flight. I landed at NY and took a connecting flight to Pittsburgh. I got an additional bag to take as a part of students offer. I did not find any difficulty during the immigration. Students normally dont face any problem if the documents are right. There was a meet and greet service provided by the college.

Program is very nicely structured. There are hundreds of courses I can choose from. The infrastructure is awesome. The university has received lot of funds this year for enhancing its infrastructure further.

I live with 3 other guys off campus - Shadyside. There are many part time jobs on campus. It is very easy to get one. Social scene is very good and vibrant. Weather can be a spoiler. You cant expect much in east coast anyway. It is chilly for around 8-9 months.

University has invested a lot on career services. It doesn’t rank in top 50 for no reason. It has strong alumni network which is very active. Almost all top companies visit the campus. You can get the exact figure from the university website.
