This is such a good experience. I cannot believe how much freedom I can taste here. My uni timetable is flexible and I get to choose and organise it every semester.

ratingSelection process and gaining admission

I have started my Bachelor of business degree from China before coming to UQ to study. I got partly credit transferred from the course I did before.

ratingFunding and scholarships

I did not apply for any scholarship or funding because I did not need to. Students who need financial assistance should talk to UQs related department about their problems.

The best bit with my course is that the program challenges me to think and operate independently and equips me with the knowledge, skills and confidence essential for working successfully in today's competitive global business environment.

Although UQ is Queensland's oldest university, it is well design and well equipped. The atmosphere is great here. Once you step into UQ, you could actually feel the academic atmosphere here. I am now sharing a house with a few friends near campus. I think it is quite cheap for us to do so.

ratingJob prospects

I am pretty sure there is an alumni association for students to join and they hold alumni dinner often. I have not join that because I will be returning to my country and look for jobs after completing my degree.
