I completed my internship at the Colorado School of mines. It was a very enriching experience and really teaches you the skills to go out into the work force with confidence.

ratingSelection process and gaining admission

I did not have to write any exams as part of my selection process...I just had to submit essays and reference letters. Needed a visa, but I had a really tough visa experience...thankfully got it in the end! My flight was good, we were even allowed extra baggage though no special concessions for students. Luckily I did not face any immigration issues at the port of entry...My university representatives picked me up at the airport.

I had a very good internship program plus some superb professors to guide us. We had a very good research environment, the learning environment was rich and fruitful. I did not attend any lectures or use the library. The uni offered good sports facilities.

I stayed at private accommodations. Social life and night life was pretty good. Weather was good...pleasant and fine.
