I joined the BSc Multimedia Technology and Design course at Brunel in 2003 after transferring from another University purported to teach Multimedia Computing, but was essentially a computer science course.
I would like to mention the support that I received from the special needs department. Being registered dyslexics prior to Brunel I received little support for this issue. At Brunel, I am pleased to receive special help with computer facilities and extra time in exams.
I was offered a place with Microsoft for 1 year, but the role did not quite fit what I wanted so I joined my brother, using my placement year to help establish the company.
