The University of Surrey or Unis as it is called is wonderful in terms if iinfrastructure and location. The academic content for the course is quite rich and is intended towards students preferably with some familiarity of tourism industry.
I had approached an agent for taking up admission procedure but you can also do it by yourself. It is pretty easy . The point is to do your homework . The visa took just about 2-3 working days and the university offers meet and greet service to international students.
No scholarships were available for this academic year. The only option was to pay tution fees which are quite high, in installments.
We had 3-4 days of lectures in the week depending on the electives chosen. Most of the tutors are very helpful. Although money wise it is on a expensive side, it is best for students to understand what the syllabus offers and their needs of learning.
Campus is amazing since it is a countryside. There are plenty of shops , amazing support for students, lot of part time work available as well. Accomodation in UNi is pretty reasonable .. Lots of clubs, societies to join for, excellent sports etc.
